- 1. Certain Massage modalities may be contraindicated for certain health conditions. Please, therefore, contact me prior to scheduling a massage if you have a serious health condition or are pregnant.
- 2. Please turn off any cell phones and/or pagers
- 3. For cancellations, please call 24 hours in advance of appointment
- 4. Local checks, MasterCard/Visa and cash are accepted for payment
- 5. A charge of $25 will be applied to all returned checks
- 6. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment
- 7. Please shower before your appointment. It will help relax your muscles prior to the massage.
- 8. A personal consultation prior to your massage will give you an opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have
- 9. Please mention any medical conditions or any medications you may be taking
- 10. You are encouraged to dress down to your comfort level.You will be draped during the massage, and only that area being worked on will be uncovered at one time.
- 11. Any inappropriate behavior by the client during the treatment will cause cancellation of the service at full cost to the client. I provide only professional, therapeutic massage.
- 12. I reserve the right to reschedule if, in my judgment, a client is impaired by either alcohol or drugs
